Group Seminar 2019/20

In my talk I will give a review of the recent results in new emerging field of antiferromagnetic spintronics. I will focus on the electrical manipulation of antiferromagnetic states and consider dynamics of homogeneous structures and textures induced by the different types of spin torques.  In particular, I will discuss the effects induced by the so-called staggered field which is a counterpart of the Zeeman field for antiferromagnets. I will also consider the switching processes between the noncollinear states  induced by the dissipative spin transfer torques and discuss possible application of antiferromagnets for information technologies.
