Joint Research and Development

The Condensed Matter Group is looking for industrial partners for collaborative research and development projects. We are interested in partnering with companies looking to utilise our knowledge, technology and expertise for commercial application or innovation. A typical partner would be looking to exploit our expertise in thin film deposition or device fabrication, or to develop new technologies based upon recent advances in applied spintronics.

Research partnerships offer the opportunity to apply for collaborative research and development funding, through schemes such as the FP7 framework or Knowledge Transfer Partnerships.
